The book features recipes from The Clink, a restaurant run out of a women’s prison, as well as Chef’s Table and Joseph Benjaminin, fine dining restaurants in Chester, Harthill Cookery School and Mrs Darlington Preserves, which is stocked throughout the UK but calls Cheshire home.
