- The Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Freya Cox (“the Promoter”). The prize is supplied by KitchenAid. - Eligibility
The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of KitchenAid, Meze Publishing and anyone professionally associated with the promotion, together with their immediate families. - Promotion Period
The prize draw opens on Saturday 19 September 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Wednesday 25 November 2026 (“the Promotion Period”).
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
Bake My Day by Freya Cox is scheduled for publication on 26 November 2026.
- How to Enter
To enter the prize draw, entrants must pre-order a copy of Bake My Day by Freya Cox during the Promotion Period via the pre-order link specified in the promotional material.
No separate entry fee is charged. The price of Bake My Day is not increased as a result of this promotion.
Entrants will receive one entry for each copy of Bake My Day pre-ordered during the Promotion Period. There is no limit on the number of entries an individual may receive, provided each entry corresponds to a valid pre-ordered copy.
The Promoter reserves the right to request reasonable evidence of a valid qualifying pre-order.
Any cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or otherwise invalid pre-order may be excluded from the draw.
- The Prize
There is one prize available:
One KitchenAid Artisan Plus 4.7L Tilt-Head Stand Mixer, in the winner’s choice of colour from the range available at the time the prize is fulfilled.
Colour choice is subject to availability.
The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
KitchenAid and/or the Promoter reserve the right, where circumstances outside their reasonable control make it necessary, to substitute the prize with an equivalent product of equal or greater value.
- Winner Selection
Following the close of the Promotion Period, one winner will be selected at random from all valid entries using a verifiably random selection process.
The draw will take place as soon as reasonably practicable following the closing date.
- Notification of the Winner
The winner will be contacted using the contact details associated with their qualifying entry, which may include email or Instagram direct message.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the selected winner.
The winner must respond and provide the information required to fulfil the prize within 14 days of being notified.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days, cannot be contacted following reasonable attempts, is unable to provide the required details, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner at random.
- Prize Delivery
Once the winner has been verified, their name, UK delivery address and telephone number will be passed to KitchenAid solely for the purpose of fulfilling the prize.
KitchenAid will arrange delivery directly to the winner by courier to a valid UK address.
Delivery would normally be expected within 7–10 working days of KitchenAid receiving the winner’s complete delivery details, although delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside the reasonable control of KitchenAid or the Promoter.
- Winner Information
To demonstrate that a valid award has taken place, the Promoter may make available the winner’s surname and county.
Entrants may object to their information being published or request that the amount of information published is reduced by contacting the Promoter.
The Promoter may nevertheless be required to provide winner information to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
- Personal Data
Personal information supplied by entrants will be collected and processed by the Promoter and/or publisher for the purpose of administering the prize draw, verifying entries and contacting the winner.
KitchenAid will receive only the winner’s name, delivery address and telephone number and will use this information solely for the purpose of delivering the prize. The winner’s personal details will not be used by KitchenAid for marketing purposes as part of this promotion.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection law and the relevant privacy policies.
- General
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms & Conditions have been breached or that an entry is fraudulent, automated or otherwise invalid.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this unavoidable, provided that entrants are not unfairly disadvantaged.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to the administration of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
- Instagram and TikTok
This promotion may be promoted on Instagram and TikTok but is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or TikTok.
By entering, participants acknowledge that Instagram and TikTok have no responsibility for the administration of the promotion or fulfilment of the prize.
- Prize Provider
The prize is supplied by KitchenAid, Croxley Park, Building 2 – First Floor, Hatters Lane, Watford, United Kingdom, WD18 8YA. - Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and the prize draw are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
