In order to bolster sales, it’s important to have a coherent marketing plan to go hand in hand with the launch. We have an in-house PR team with an excellent database of food writers, bloggers and local press contacts – so we’ll distribute press releases, preview copies to press and websites, as well as arranging interviews with relevant media – in order to get you the biggest bang at launch.
